About the Role

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Specialist for our Ranchi team. This role focuses on local market growth, customer acquisition, provider onboarding, partnerships, and offline marketing activities. It is not a desk-only role. It requires field visits, daily follow-ups, local relationship building, and a strong interest in helping grow a startup from the ground level.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and acquire customers across Ranchi.
  • Onboard local service providers, professionals, and small businesses.
  • Visit markets, residential areas, offices, and local partners for field promotion.
  • Explain the platform, benefits, booking process, and provider opportunities.
  • Build relationships with vendors, service professionals, housing societies, and local communities.
  • Plan and execute local marketing activities, campaigns, and referral programs.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and daily sales activity.
  • Collect market feedback and share useful insights with the business team.
  • Support brand awareness through online and offline promotion.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably business administration.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable with field sales and travel within Ranchi, Gaya, and Patna.
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms, mobile apps, and online services.
  • Written English skills are desirable.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable meeting new people.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, field sales, or vendor onboarding is preferred.
  • Graduates with strong communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
