Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success & Operations Executive who can manage customer enquiries, support bookings, coordinate with service providers, and help with lead follow-ups and sales activity. This role is for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving operational problems, and helping a growing startup deliver a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Assist customers with bookings, rescheduling, and support requests.
• Coordinate with service providers so service delivery stays smooth.
• Follow up with customers and collect feedback after service interactions.
• Support provider onboarding and ongoing provider communication.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions and bookings.
• Assist with lead follow-ups and basic sales activities.
• Escalate operational issues when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable handling calls and customer conversations.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Organized, responsive, and self-motivated.
• Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, operations, or sales is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
